Solution: two ways
1, check the electrical
A, Is vibration motor damaged
B, Is line element damaged
C, Is voltage insufficient
2, check the vibration sieve equipment
A, Is there too many materials on screen
B, Is vibrator shaft coupling bolts loose or fall off
C, Whether thicken agglomerate grease
D, Cleaning maintenance vibrator

三, Fault description:
Vibration sieve screening quality is poor
Solution:
Appear this kind of circumstance, usually because of improper operation.
A, Is screen mesh blocked

四, Fault description:

A, Check whether the bolt is loose or fall off
B, Check whether the bearing is damaged
C, Check whether the beam is broken
