Not long ago, one customer vibrating sieve  motor has some Malfunction,  technical staff let the customer re-sent the vibrating motor to factory, but customer think it is a small problem and afraid waste of time, so, customer arrange to the local ordinary motor maintenance departments for repairing. Maintenance of the master said the vibration motor shaft is very loose , it can string around move back and forth, it will produce very big accidents, and so on. In fact we all know, the maintenance of the master is compare vibration motors with general motors.
In the production of vibration motor, shaft and bearing with the gap between shaft and bearing  is not the same as general Motors. General motors must be closed between shaft and bearing, but for vibrating motor, the matching of the shaft and bearing clearance is sliding fit. 0.01-0.015 mm gap between them, when maintencing, it will naturally produce string move around the shaft. in fact, the gap is very important. Vibration motor is dithering on its own to produce vibration force, so in the work time, the motor can itself has a high temperature, as a result of the existence of the fit clearance, after the temperature rise, vibration motor shaft will produce inflation, after expansion, shaft and bearing work closely to reach the normal working condition. If there is no the 0.01-0.015 mm gap, after vibrating motor reaches a certain temperature, it will produce a series of problems, even shut down or burned vibration motor. Therefore, when vibration motor is maintenced, should pay attention to this issue.
